1 kg chicken
3 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
4 tbsp corn flour
kasuri methi for sprinkling
- Cut the chicken into pieces, clean it and marinate with ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, corn flour and salt for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken pieces and sprinkle little kasuri methi over the chicken pieces.
- Cover with a lid and deep fry till done..
