Green Apple - Cucumber Raita



Ingredients:

1 small green apple, cut into small cubes
1/2 cucumber, peeled and cubed
1 small onion, cut into small cubes
1 small tomato, seeds removed and chopped
1 green chilly, finely chopped
1 - 1 1/2 cup beaten yoghurt
few coriander leaves, chopped
salt to taste

Preparation:
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add chopped green apple, cucumber, onion, tomato, green chilly and coriander leaves and mix together.
  2. Add yoghurt and salt to this and mix well. Serve with biriyani, pulao etc...

  2. I too prepare with green apple and cucumber, would also add pomegranate.
