Ulli Surka / Pickled Onions


Ingredients:

1 red onion, thinly sliced
2-3 green chillies, sliced
2-3 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp water
salt to taste

Preparation:
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together with your fingers.
  2. Keep it aside for 20-30 minutes until the color of the onion runs into the vinegar mixture. Serve with biriyani/ ghee rice...
