Chicken Crispy Strips


1/2 kg boneless chicken
2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
2 tbsp tomato sauce
3 tbsp finely chopped spring onion
2 tbsp cornflour
1 egg
salt to taste
oil for frying

  1. Clean and cut chicken into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, add the chicken strips, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, tomato sauce, white sesame seeds, chopped spring onion, cornflour, egg and salt and mix well. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken strips till golden brown on medium flame...Remove from flame and serve hot with sauce...

    1. Thanks dear..You can either deep fry or pan fry..Since v r using chicken strips,it should cook fast, so I normally use less oil for frying...
