Banana and Dates Milkshake


Ingredients:

12 dates, pitted
1 banana, peeled and chopped
2 cups of chilled milk
sugar, if needed (optional)

Preparation:
  1. Soak the dates in 1/2 cup of milk for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a blender, add the soaked dates, banana and remaining milk and blend well until smooth.
  3. Pour into serving glass and serve...
