1 cup sweet corn kernels ( I used frozen)
2 tsp butter
1/4 tsp pepper powder, freshly ground
1/4 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
1-2 tsp lemon juice
- In a bowl, add the sweet corn kernels and microwave it for 2-4 minutes.
- Then add butter, salt , pepper powder , chaat masala and lemon juice to this bowl and mix well.
- Transfer it into small cups and serve hot /warm...
- If you are using fresh corn, pressure cook the corn cobs for 4-5 whistles or until soft. Then separate the kernels from the cob..
