2 big carrots
2 cups chilled milk
4-5 tbsp sugar (add more or less to your taste)
1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)
- Peel and chop carrots into small pieces and cook it adding enough water. Let it cool completely.
- In a blender, add cooked carrots, chilled milk and sugar and blend well until smooth.
- Then add vanilla ice cream to this and blend again for a minute till well combined.
- Pour into serving glasses and serve.....
