Banana Almond / Badam Milkshake


1 cup badam / almonds
2 ripe bananas
3 cup chilled milk
3 tbsp sugar or honey
1/2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)

  1. Soak the almonds in hot water for 30 minutes and peel off the skin. 
  2. In a blender, add the almonds and blend for a minute.
  3. Then add the sliced bananas, milk, sugar and vanilla essence and blend well until smooth...
